01. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings:

• "Siriphat", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Siriphat, operating at 203 Charoennakhon Road, Thon Buri, Bangkok 10600, Thailand.
• "Service" refers to any educational workshop, program, or course offered by Siriphat, including those described on our website.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses our website or enrolls in a program.
• "Content" refers to all materials, presentations, handouts, and resources created and shared by Siriphat in connection with its programs.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment confirmation issued by Siriphat.

02. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, enrolling in a program, or using our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Our programs are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that they agree to these terms.

03. Service Description

Siriphat provides in-person financial education programs designed for adults aged 40 and above, based in Bangkok, Thailand. Our current program offerings include:

• Inflation Awareness Workshop — 1 half-day session (฿3,000 per participant)
• Retirement Account Comparison — 3 evening sessions (฿7,900 per participant)
• Family Financial Education Design — 5 sessions over three weeks (฿13,900 per participant)

All programs are delivered in English. Session schedules and venues are confirmed upon enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust program content, format, or scheduling with reasonable prior notice.

04. Enrollment

Enrollment in a Siriphat program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or written confirmation from our team. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute enrollment.

We do not maintain ongoing user accounts. Your enrollment records are managed internally by our team. Please retain any confirmation communications we send you as proof of enrollment.

We reserve the right to decline any enrollment at our sole discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

05. User Responsibilities

As a participant in our programs, you agree to:

• Treat fellow participants and facilitators with respect and courtesy
• Arrive on time for sessions and notify us promptly if you are unable to attend
• Use program materials for personal learning purposes only
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written consent
• Provide accurate information when registering or communicating with our team

The following conduct is not permitted:

• Sharing, selling, or distributing Siriphat program materials to third parties
• Using our content to deliver similar programs or services
• Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment for others
• Making false or misleading statements about Siriphat or its programs

06. Intellectual Property

All program content, materials, frameworks, and resources produced by Siriphat remain our sole intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to slides, workbooks, case studies, and printed handouts.

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use program materials for your own personal education and family financial planning. This licence does not permit resale, sub-licensing, or adaptation of materials for any commercial purpose.

Our name, logo, and branding are proprietary to Siriphat. They may not be used without prior written permission.

07. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your place in a program. We accept bank transfer and other methods notified to you at the time of enrollment. Payment instructions will be provided upon enquiry confirmation.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the program start date: full refund.
• Cancellation 7–14 days before start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before start date: no refund, but you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice.
• If Siriphat cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or you may transfer to a future cohort.

Rescheduling

If you need to move to a different cohort, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request at no additional charge, subject to availability.

08. Program-Specific Terms

Attendance

To benefit fully from each program, we encourage attendance at all sessions. For multi-session programs (Retirement Account Comparison and Family Financial Education Design), participants who miss more than one session may be asked to join a future cohort to ensure a complete learning experience.

Completion Acknowledgement

Participants who complete all sessions of a program will receive an acknowledgement of participation from Siriphat. This is a record of attendance and engagement — it is an educational document and does not constitute a regulated financial qualification or professional certification.

Program Content

All content is educational in nature. Nothing presented in Siriphat programs constitutes regulated financial advice. Participants are encouraged to consult licensed financial professionals before making any financial decisions.

09. Disclaimers

Siriphat's programs are provided for educational purposes only. We aim to share knowledge and support informed decision-making — not to provide personalised financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Financial markets, regulations, and personal circumstances vary widely. Outcomes from applying program knowledge depend on many factors beyond our control. We make no representation that any particular financial result will follow from participating in our programs.

Our website and program materials are provided "as is". While we work hard to keep information current and accurate, we do not warrant the completeness or suitability of any content for your specific situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Siriphat's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of earnings or financial losses arising from decisions made based on program content; or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siriphat and its team members from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of program materials, or any false information you provided during enrollment.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program if their conduct significantly disrupts other participants or breaches these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

You may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to our cancellation and refund terms set out in Section 7.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive the termination of this Agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or Siriphat's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. We are committed to addressing concerns fairly and promptly.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Siriphat.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
• Notices: Formal notices may be sent to [email protected] or to our registered address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled participants and noted with a revised "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
